Adult Pond Hockey League
The Adult Pond Hockey League will begin on January 10th 2021. This league will be played on Sundays from 1/10 to 2/14, six weeks in total. Game times will begin at 5pm. Teams will play two back-to-back games each night versus two different opponents. Each team will play a total of 12 games.
Team rosters are limited to 5 players. Games will be played 3v3 on an 85’x75′ rink. Games will consist of 3 periods, each 7 minutes long with a running clock.
Teams Should register on FraserValleyRec.org. Cost is $400 per team.
Registration is by team, there is no individual player registration.

The following regulations have been added for the 2020 Adult Hockey League across all divisions:
- Locker rooms are currently closed. Players should arrive mostly dressed
- Only rostered players may participate. Your buddy visiting from Manitoba is not allowed to play on your team for one night.
- No spectators are not allowed for adult hockey.
- Players may not arrive more than 15 minutes before their game and must leave the Icebox within 15 minutes of the conclusion of their game.
- No dogs allowed in the Icebox.
- Facemasks required when arriving at the Icebox and while getting ready. Players may remove their facemasks while on the ice.
B League
B League games are played on Sunday nights at the Icebox.
In order to create equal and fair teams, B League captains will draft teams.
If you would like to play in B League, please email Austin@FraserValleyRec.org to be added to the draft list.
C League
C League games are typically played on Wednesday nights at the Icebox. Some games will be scheduled on Sunday or Thursday evenings as needed. This league has the most teams out of any division so game nights are not limited to only Wednesday.

D League
D League games are typically played on Monday nights at the Icebox. Some games will be scheduled on Sunday or Thursday evenings as needed. This league is for players who are new to the sport.
If you would like to try and play hockey but don’t have equipment, please contact Dan@FraserValleyRec.org. Sometimes there is donated equipment available for new players to use.

Adult Volleyball and Basketball
The Fraser Valley Metro Rec District is currently working with our community partners to establish guidelines for indoor athletic activities and find available space for the volleyball and basketball league.
