Teen Marten camp is designed for youth entering 5th-8th Grade. Teen Martens meet Tuesday-Thursday from 7:30am-5:30pm. **If you need camp on Monday’s or Friday’s your child is welcome to join Ranger camp on these days** Drop-off prior to 9:00am and pick up at FVE school begins at 4:30pm. Field trip days plan on pick up after 5:00pm. Note some dates will have early departures for trips!
TUESDAY- Rec Center (swimming & gymnastics), biking (please provide your own bike), golf (golf equipment will be provided)
WEDNESDAY- All Day Hike
THURSDAY- All Day Field Trip
100+ climate-controlled hitting bays, driving range with lounge seating, rooftop terrace with fire pit
Thrilling whitewater rafting over rapids. Please bring extra clothing to change into after rafting.
A trip to YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch where we will be summer tubing, play mini golf, gaga ball, play at spruce saddle adventure zone, and roller skate at the kiva center.
A day of hanging out at Boulder Reservoir swimming, beach time, and possibly renting a paddleboard or kayak.
Overnight Camping Trip (South Fork Group Campsite) directions: from Granby, CO take Hwy 40 west towards Parshall, CO. Two miles before Parshall, turn left of County Road 3. Go approximately 18 miles on County Road 3. Turn south onto Couty Raod 30 and travel 12 miles. Drive through a large culvert. Continue south for a half-mile and turn right into the campground. This day will include hiking, campfire cooking (fire ban permitting), and camping
Grand Lake Town Beach & Dock, swimming, water toys, sand castle building, and ice cream at Miyauchi’s
Pirates Cove features a Lagoon pool that has a dump bucket and zero depth entry. Lazy River that has inner-tubes where you can relax and lounge around the water park. Three water slides and a slide tower (participants must be 48 inches tall to ride the slides). Bay Pool area has a diving board and drop slide. Beach area where you can build castles and play around in the sand.
**Overnight is limited to first 14 participants registered (Broome Hut Hike-Location: The Broome hut is located at the top of a steep climb at 11,350′ just a mile and half west of Berthoud Pass. The trail head is located at mile marker 240 on the west side of Berthoud Pass.) Everyone will need to pack snacks, water bottle, and lunch. Overnight participants will need to back a sleeping bag (dinner and breakfast the next morning will be provided). Campers not staying overnight will hike up to Broome Hut for the day hangout, play games, and head back to the school for pick up at FVE.
