CLOSED ALL DAY on Thursdays, additional closures for programing. Please note the Lap Pool is closed Monday & Wednesdays from 5 – 6pm to accomodate our Peak Swim Team.
Aquatics Center closes 30 minutes prior to facility closing Monday – Wednesday and Friday – Sunday. CLOSED all day Thursday.
NATATORIUM:
The Lap Pool and Leisure Pool are open to families and individuals. Reservations are no longer needed to enter the pool.
- The Lazy River, Water Slide, and the Children’s Play Structure open at 10am daily.
- Steam Room and Sauna are open.
- The Hot Tub / Spa is open and the max capacity is back to 16 patrons.
- The number of patrons allowed in the Leisure Pool area including the Lazy River will have a max capacity of 50 patrons.
- The number of patrons allowed in the Lap Pool Swim Lanes will no longer have any limitations.
- Family Changing Rooms and Locker Rooms are open. You can bring your own lock or rent one for $2.
- The Playground is open with no limitation.
- Swim Lessons are available.

We recommend checking our website prior to visiting as we may need to have additional closures, reduced hours and/or limited capacity in our Pool. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding as we continue to face staffing issues.
Aquatics Center closes 60 prior to facility closing Monday – Thursday and 30 minutes prior to closing Friday – Sunday.
Lap Pool Hours
Swim Team is held on Mondays and Wednesday from 5pm-6pm. There MAY be a lane available during that time.
Water Feature Hours (Water Slide & Play Structure):
Monday – Thursday: 10am – 6:30 p.m.
Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Water Features & Aquatics area will close 30 minutes prior to the facility closing.
Sharks Swim Club 2022
Swim Club – Sharks Talented swimmers who have mastered all four competitive strokes (front crawl/freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly, and backstroke), or levels 2 – 4, please click here to review level skills. In the more advanced group, sessions will focus on Diving Skills, Personal Survival, Rookie Lifeguard, Water Polo, Team Games, Advanced Stroke Technique, Competition Racing, and of course playtime! They will learn how to gear themselves up for a more competitive approach to swimming while having fun! This is a great stepping stone for any youngster interested in the swim team.

Peak Swim Team 2022
Peak Swim Team encourages the youth of Grand County to participate, develop and improve their swimming skills while recognizing individual achievements, efforts, and contributions to team goals.
All participants must be able to swim one length of the pool freestyle with rhythmic breathing, unassisted and continuously.
This is a team that will be coached, not lessons. This is where they will see all of their hard work pay off! Remember if you are a member and sign up on line you get a $10 discount

Mermaid Club

Parent & Tot Swim Lessons - Not Currently Available
Ages 6-months to 3 years. This class is for young children to become comfortable in and around the water. Parents will assist their child in the water learning to blow bubbles, putting their faces in the water, breath control, assisted floating and kicking their feet. Families with multiple children please note that an adult must accompany each child. Swim diapers must be worn in the pool by all children under their swim suits.

Red Cross Lifeguarding-Blended Learning / interested email samantha@fraservalleyrec.org
Provides entry-level participants the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries and sudden illnesses until EMS personnel take over. Prerequisites: Minimum age: 15 years; Swim 300 yards continuously; Tread water for 2 minutes using only the legs; Complete a timed event within 1 minute, 40 seconds by starting in the water, swimming 20 yards, surface dive to a depth of 7 to 10 feet to retrieve a 10-pound object, return to the surface and swim 20 yards on the back to return to the starting point, exit the water without using steps or a ladder. Participants who successfully complete the Lifeguarding course receive an American Red Cross Certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED, valid for 2 years. You will receive a link for the on-line portion from the instructor after your registration and prior to class start. 7 hours of online training is required before class. If you do not complete the online portion of the lifeguarding class you will not be permitted in.
